Purpose of L.E.A.P.S.
To improve managers’ and supervisors’ ability
to maximize every employee’s
abilities, talents, and skills while
creating a cohesive, enthusiastic,
and productive work atmosphere. Through
a continuum of services provided in
either a keynote, break-out, or workshop
session, ultimately L.E.A.P.S. will
increase productivity, satisfaction,
and effectiveness of your organization.

The L.E.A.P.S. Program is 1-3 years of over-time and ongoing training, consultation, professional development, seminars, and continuous improvement:
We provide contract services to corporations,school districts, and individual schools (public, private, parochial, and charter) in both one-on-one and small group settings. All programs are fully customized to the needs of each organization. Therefore, the length of programs, goals, content, scope and cost vary. |
