The Role of Character in Success.

Abraham Lincoln said, “Reputation is the shadow. Character is the tree.”  Doc believes that it all starts with the seeds we nurture.  One’s character is much more than just what we try to show others, it is who we are even when no one is watching.  This session will focus on the strong qualities of “good” character such as leadership integrity, honesty, dependability, loyalty, enthusiasm, self-control, persistence, diligence, determination, etc.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this program the attendees will gain the following:

1. Learn how CHARACTER is the foundation for all true success.  A person may have money, power, prestige, and position, but unless “good character” is evident they are not considered to be truly successful.

2.  Learn how CHARACTER is what really determines our success in any area of life whether Family, Career, and/or Community.  It is what guides our responses to any situation or circumstance in our life.
